The lair is vast, expansive, spanning both deep into the Earth and covering acres of the surface above ground. The surface portion is simple; mostly glass and wood with a few metal furnishings. As of now, it is deserted, and the crops and trees grown there are clearly visible.

Below ground is where things pick up.

The twisting, cold tunnels bear the marks of being claw-dug. This is a simple establishment, with little to no advanced technology. There are holes in the walls at regular intervals for torches to guide the way, but only a few are lit. The tunnels branch and maze in a way hard to track, and it is not until hundreds of meters down does something new appear.

The tunnels lead into a vast cavern. There are other tunnels branching off from it - these are the food storages. Every food is meticulously sorted and noted. This cavern is a central hub of activity, where the residents gather to eat, socialize, and engage in whatever activities they might wish.

Traveling deeper from this hub starts to reveal rooms. These are lodgings, each different from the other, where a dragon - or pair, or three, or more - resides.

Finally, the tunnels come to an end. They open into another cavern, one far smaller than the last. This is the clan's nest. It is jealously guarded by the entire clan, and once the nestlings hatch, they are raised by all.
