Jade is the matriarch of the clan. She and Foley arrived to the Light Temple and settled there. Eventually, RAWRXD, of a long line of dragons, some of which were exalted, came looking for a new clan to join. Meanwhile, the first child of Jade and Foley is still but an egg.

Jade and Foley are both of the Fae breed. They are small dragons that went out into the world together, as a mated pair, to settle down. They both are quick to welcome new members into their clan, especially other Fae members. This is especially so, as the huge colony they were in suffered a disaster where the cliff they settled in collapsed.

When Jade arrived, she was not about to settle in a cliff again, but rather settled in a massive tree. She spun the roost for her and Foley to live in, as well as babies and eggs to nurse in. Jade took time to draw the story of what happened to her colony, and to her friends, on the wall of the inside of the tree. Both Foley and Jade hunt and take care of dragonlets.

Rawr came from nearby in the Light Kingdom, and is so big compared to the Fae dragons that Jade and Foley almost attacked him on sight before realizing he was only two days old. Between the Fae inability to read emotions in other dragons and the reticence of Imperial dragons, they aren't exactly friends, but they still all get along. Rawr became the guard for the clan.
