You know, I've started to wonder about that. /Would/ the DJD go after Starscream? By all means, he is a traitor, but Megatron always kept him around. So would killing him really serve Megatron..?

Yeah... You got a point there. Skywarp's warping is harmless. Annoying, but harmless. Meanwhile, Starscream is undermining the authority and coming up with half thought plans to do everything better than everyone else. So, yeah, he's worse.
