The premise: An abandoned city in The Shrieking Wilds, now alive with Lotus' Clan. They use neon lights for, well, light. Based on the game Stray.
A blurb: Deep within the Gladekeeper's turf, amidst the undergrowth and blackout canopy of The Shrieking Wilds, there lies a city abandoned by its people long ago. Despite being shred apart and broken down by nature, it shines and thrives. The bright and colorful lights were finely crafted, with help from the lightning, fire, and earth flights, by the clan that now inhabits the winding, desolate streets. Lotus, the progenitor of this clan, welcomes any and all walks of life, so long as they have no extreme malicious intentions, of course. Seeing as how you have stumbled upon this haven, you are welcome to stay. Feel at home, traveler, in the neon shine of Zengoda.
