As you fly over the Charged Barrens, a break in the pattern of electricity arcing over the dunes catches your eye. A closer look reveals a semi-transparent dome of faint silver light taking up the width of the trough between two dunes. Arcing electricity breaks around it like jagged waves around a stone. Inside the dome hunch rounded tents the same shade of gray as the Barrens sand, decorated with pink crystals and pale shells which glint and rattle in the unforgiving wind.

The outcasts, explorers, and foundlings of Clan Castoff live here. All of them have one thing in common: They don't have anything better to do than follow Rapacity around.
