Please keep in mind that this story will not be updated on a schedule/daily and words will not always be spelled correctly or be capitalized because I have ADHD and dyslexia, my “father” (I put it in quotes because of personal problems) is recovering from surgery and also is very judgy of me “being on electronics all the time”. I saw the vibrant flier while walking down the street to my small apartment. I needed another job anyway since my current job only paid $12 an hour. $12 an hour was certainly not enough to pay rent, buy food for me and my roommate, Noah, and take care of my cat, Patches. I guess I’ll call the number and see if I can get a job as a mechanic or a caretaker, not much harm in getting another job! I’ll need more than $12 an hour, too, because Noah seems incapable of getting a job. It’s so frustrating sometimes because we’ve almost been kicked out of the apartment three times for not being able to pay rent.
[Timeskip to the next day]
“I guess I’ll call the number now to see if I can get another job,” I said to Noah. “Well be extra convincing because I kinda wanna eat tomorrow,” Noah said sarcastically. “With that attitude, you might not eat anyway you little gremlin” I teased. “Hey! I’ll steal your food then” Noah joked.
