Cheese is a dairy product and produced in wide ranges of flavors, textures and forms by coagulation of the milk protein casein. It comprises proteins and fat from milk, usually the milk of cows, buffalo, goats, or sheep. During production, the milk is usually acidified and the enzymes of either rennet or bacterial enzymes with similar activity are added to cause the casein to coagulate. The solid curds are then separated from the liquid whey and pressed into finished cheese. Some cheeses have aromatic molds on the rind, the outer layer, or throughout.

Over a thousand types of cheese exist and are currently produced in various countries. Their styles, textures and flavors depend on the origin of the milk, whether they have been pasteurized, the butterfat content, the bacteria and mold, the processing, and how long they have been aged for. Herbs, spices, or wood smoke may be used as flavoring agents. The yellow to red color of many cheeses is produced by adding annatto. Other ingredients may be added to some cheeses, such as black pepper, garlic, chives or cranberries. A cheesemonger, or specialist seller of cheeses, may have expertise with selecting the cheeses, purchasing, receiving, storing and ripening them.

For a few cheeses, the milk is curdled by adding acids such as vinegar or lemon juice. Most cheeses are acidified to a lesser degree by bacteria, which turn milk sugars into lactic acid, then the addition of rennet completes the curdling. Vegetarian alternatives to rennet are available; most are produced by fermentation of the fungus Mucor miehei, but others have been extracted from various species of the Cynara thistle family. Cheesemakers near a dairy region may benefit from fresher, lower-priced milk, and lower shipping costs.

Cheese
is valued for its portability, long shelf life, and high content of fat, protein, calcium, and phosphorus. Cheese is more compact and has a longer shelf life than milk, although how long a cheese will keep depends on the type of cheese. Hard cheeses, such as Parmesan, last longer than soft cheeses, such as Brie or goat's milk cheese. The long storage life of some cheeses, especially when encased in a protective rind, allows selling when markets are favorable. Vacuum packaging of block-shaped cheeses and gas-flushing of plastic bags with mixtures of carbon dioxide and nitrogen are used for storage and mass distribution of cheeses in the 21st century.

Cheese review
(very original and legit idea)

Cheddar:
It isn't something very impressive in my opinion but, it's still good and edible.
Typic cheese that you add to your sandwich, if you didn't know it's the most known cheese in the world.

Mozzarella:
One of the best kind of cheeses you can meet, as you know, mozzarella is mostly added to pizza. I tested mozzarella by myself and I truly reccomend you to buy it, you won't regret it. Mozzarella deserves to go in the 4st place of "the best cheeses of all the time" or something like that.

Parmesan:
Not my type of cheese, dry cheeses like that aren't something that I would eat everyday. More like occasionally for a holiday or something, so yeah. It is 5/10 for me.

Feta:
Please do not make me test how it tastes, it already looks horrible.
It looks like whipped cream mixed with cheese, I hate whipped cream real much. Also for your information, it's made out of goat milk. So yeah...no thanks.

Goat cheese:
Umm, i never have meet this cheese in my entire life. But since I have tasted things made from goat milk I guess it won't be one of my favorites, can't tell anything more.

Brie:
Eh, I prefer calambert. For me brie has no favor at all so it makes it go below 2/10 for me,

Blue cheese:
If I would make a list of the best cheeses then blue cheese would be in the 3th place, it's very good but since it's moldy it can poison you if you don't get it from the right shop. But that's the fact that everybody knows, anyway, it's 9/10 for me.

Camembert:
Camembert goes in the 5th place for me, it is very tasty unlike Brie. I used to eat camembert back in my childhood and it was one of the things that I prefered to eat instead of breakfast, ah yes, the good times.

Cream cheese:
Do I need to say anything? I think not.

Ricotta:
The best thing you can add your ricotta to is...pancake. Believe me it tastes amazing, but that's just my opinion yours might be different.

Provolone:
So soft, so delicious...oh yes. Ladies, gentlemen and non-binary pals or whatever the cheese you are, provolone is the cheese that you will enjoy fully.
There is nothin' else left to say, whatcha waiting for? Go buy it in the store right now or something, seriously what are still doing here?

Mascarpone:
This cheese is unknown to me, also why does mascarpone look like butter/ice cream?

Gruyere:
If i would describe this cheese in one word, it would be 'meh'.

Gorgonzola:
The oldest type of blue cheese, it is absolutely delicious. It might be not a master piece but I still very enjoy eating it while watching a movie/video on YouTube.

Monterey Jack:
Mmm, it sounds more like a beer than a cheese type. I have absolutely no idea what Jacks taste like, I mean not the human Jack 'cause I know how Jacks made from meat and bones taste like, everybody does...they taste horrible.

Edam:
Finally, the champion of all cheeses on my list is nothing other than edam, this cheese is in my 1st place for a reason. I eat it every day possible and I never let anyone else touch it... just like most food that is in the fridge even if it isn't supposed to be mine. And if you ask me for an advice "in which form edam is in its best?" then I'd say shredded.

Gouda:
Okay, this is the point where most of my ranking don't add up, there's just too many cheeses and I'm having trouble saying if one is better than the other because they're just all soo good. But, I still have to rate this one therefore I had to switch some cheeses places. So, after switching and comparing all of them. I have established my final thoughts and decided that gouda goes in the 2th place for its sweetness and taste in general. Be proud, gouda fans, you have good taste.

Cheesecake is a sweet dessert consisting of one or more layers. The main, and thickest, layer consists of a mixture of a soft, fresh cheese, eggs, and sugar. If there is a bottom layer, it most often consists of a crust or base made from crushed cookies, graham crackers, pastry, or sometimes sponge cake. Cheesecake may be baked or unbaked.

Cheesecake is usually sweetened with sugar and may be flavored in different ways. Vanilla, spices, lemon, chocolate, pumpkin, or other flavors may be added to the main cheese layer. Additional flavors and visual appeal may be added by topping the finished dessert with fruit, whipped cream, nuts, cookies, fruit sauce, chocolate syrup, or other ingredients.

Well, I have never seen cheesecake anywhere, not even in the cheese shop. Guys how does it taste like? I want to know if it's worth my attention or not.

CHATGPT GENERATED POEMS:

1. Ben Shapiro and a cheesemaker walk into a Barbie Fanclub
In a world of whimsy and delight,
Where dreams take flight and laughter ignites,
There stood a cheesemaker, skilled and wise,
And Ben Shapiro, with curious eyes.
Amidst the cheese wheels and fragrant air,
They found themselves with time to spare,
A peculiar duo, an unlikely pair,
Watching Barbie's tale with genuine care.
The cheesemaker, with hands so deft,
Crafted flavors that left hearts bereft,
While Ben Shapiro, known for his wit,
Found joy in this unexpected hit.
As Barbie danced on the silver screen,
Their laughter echoed, a harmonious scene,
The cheesemaker's heart, filled with glee,
And Ben Shapiro, smiling with glee.
They savored the moments, side by side,
A friendship formed, impossible to hide,
For in this unlikely rendezvous,
They discovered a bond, forever true.
So let us remember, in life's grand design,
That joy can be found in the most unlikely signs,
And as the cheesemaker and Ben Shapiro did find,
Even in Barbie movies, true happiness can unwind.

2. Madzik, the passionate cheese collector
In the land of cheese, where flavors abound,
There lived a collector, Madzik renowned,
With a heart full of passion, his love knew no bounds,
But fate had a mishap, a challenge profound.
Madzik, a clumsy boy with a creative mind,
Accidentally brought chaos of a different kind,
Lava met cheese, a disastrous blend,
His precious collection, now lost in the end.
Undeterred by the setback, he sought a new way,
To craft his own cheese, a fresh start, he'd say,
With the help of fellow collectors, a united display,
They embarked on a journey, come what may.
Together they gathered, their knowledge combined,
Sharing secrets and techniques, a treasure they'd find,
Madzik, eager to learn, embraced the chance,
To create his own cheese, a second romance.
They studied the process, from curd to mold,
Experimenting with flavors, both new and old,
Through trial and error, they persevered,
With each batch, their confidence appeared.
Madzik, once clumsy, now grew with grace,
His hands danced with skill, at a steady pace,
Cheese began to form, a labor of love,
A testament to resilience, rising above.
And so, in the end, a triumph they achieved,
A cheese collection, born from what they believed,
Madzik's journey, a tale of growth and delight,
A reminder that passion can set things right.
So let Madzik's story inspire us all,
To embrace our mishaps, we must stand tall,
For even in accidents, new beginnings may bloom,
And with the help of others, we can conquer any gloom.

3. Just two guys chillin' alone in a spooky mansion
In an old mansion, where shadows dance,
Two friends embarked on a daring chance.
Mike and David, their bond to test,
Locked themselves in, seeking what's best.
Mike's heart held a secret, deep and true,
A love for David, his feelings grew.
Obsessed, he was, with every glance,
Yet denied his truth with "no hømo" in advance.
As skeletons rattled and llamas grew spooky,
They faced adventures, both daring and kooky.
Through danger and fear, their friendship held tight,
But Mike's hidden love cast a shadow, despite.
In the end, as they conquered their fears,
Mike's heart spoke out, through hesitant tears.
"No hømo", he said, with a trembling voice,
But his feelings for David, he couldn't disguise.
David, surprised, questioned the fuss,
Wondering if this was Mike's plan from the start, thus.
But with a smile, he stayed by Mike's side,
Ready to explore what their friendship implied.
Though David teased, calling him "gay" in jest,
He stayed at the mansion, their bond put to the test.
Working out together, they found a new way,
To strengthen their friendship, day by day.
In that old mansion, where love bloomed,
Mike and David's friendship forever consumed.
No labels or fears could keep them apart,
For their bond grew stronger, from the depths of the heart.
(No hømo but I really like bromance)

4. Dreams behind the iron bars
In the realm where tales unfold,
There was a man both brave and bold,
Who embarked upon a journey grand,
A bus ride that defied command.
He stepped aboard with restless aim,
Seeking freedom from his mundane game,
A flickering spark within his soul,
Yearned for adventure, a life untold.
With vibrant spirit, he set the scene,
The bus rattled on, the streets serene,
But mischief brewed within his core,
As he sipped from a liquor's lore.
As night embraced the city's charm,
The man, entwined in a drunken swarm,
His inhibitions set ablaze,
Igniting a dance in wild grace.
Upon the bus's roof he stood,
Undeterred by the world's falsehood,
With unsteady steps and courage wild,
He danced, a spectacle, free-spirited child.
Through the city streets, he twirled and spun,
Underneath the moon, a tale begun,
Yet fate intervened, as it often does,
And spun its intricate webs just because.
The morning sun rudely did invade,
Awakening the man from his escapade,
But his hazy mind couldn't comprehend,
The bars surrounding him, his journey's end.
In a prison cell, surrounded by souls,
Who hailed him as the one who controlled,
The Eiffel Tower, tall and strong,
Through a dance competition, he did belong.
His jail companions, in awe and cheers,
Spoke of his triumph, a dance pioneer,
They adorned him with love, a hero's might,
Bound by the wonder of his incredible flight.
Yet his gaze fell upon the iron bars,
Imprisoned dreams and faded stars,
The Eiffel Tower, a feat so grand,
Now a burden on his trembling hands.
For it was not his quest, nor his desire,
To impress with moves, to dance through fire,
A mere figment birthed from a drunken haze,
Now shackled him within this confined space.
In this tale of folly and imitation,
Lies the tears of a lost aspiration,
A man who sought freedom in dance's grace,
Now trapped in a world he wished to erase.
So remember, dear souls, as this tale concludes,
That the pursuit of dreams should not be subdued,
For within our hearts, there exists a fire,
To ignite our desires, to soar even higher.

5. Little guy, huge pain
In a bustling world, a tale I'll impart,
Of a little guy with a heavy heart,
A bag of chips, his treasure divine,
But circumstances played a cruel design.
With eyes twinkling bright, he clasped the bag,
Dreaming of flavors, a delightful lag,
Yet time slipped away, he couldn't keep pace,
While his brother, mischievous, quickened his chase.
Alas, the chips vanished, consumed with glee,
Leaving the little guy disheartened, you see,
For a hunger unsatisfied, a palatable sting,
Each chip gone too soon, taken in a fleeting fling.
He wept and he wailed, a symphony of despair,
His tears flowed freely, a torrential affair,
The taste of salt mixing, with each bitter drop,
As he sank into sadness, a pain he couldn't stop.
Depression's embrace, like a fog thick and gray,
Enveloped the little guy in its icy display,
Once cheerful dimples turned into empty space,
His smile painted over with sorrow's weary face.
A world so bleak, where chips once danced and played,
Now an empty void, riddled with the shades,
Grief's weight heavy upon his tiny frame,
His laughter extinguished, his joy just a name.
And that is the end of a fellow, who got his tears yellow.
His happiness is now fading away, all falling in a deep despair.

6. Whispers beneath the mold
In a realm of odd romance, an unusual tale unfurled,
Of a guy and his partner, a moldy world.
Though totally not about me, their story I shall tell,
Of a love so peculiar, and a heartache to quell.
Once, they were entwined, like vines in the sun,
A connection so different, their love had begun.
Yet fate played a trick, a strange and daunting twist,
For the guy discovered something that could not be dismissed.
Upon the mold's surface, eerie worms did crawl,
An unearthly sight, a disturbing thrall.
Confusion and fear seized the guy's aching core,
His heart shattered, as he could love no more. Thus began the argument betwixt them both,
the guy's heartache voiced, his pain did loathe.
He questioned the mold, its intentions laid bare,
How could he love what provoked such despair?
But deep within that broken and wounded soul,
A flicker of hope burned, to once again be whole.
The guy sought a way to keep his love intact,
To salvage their bond, renew the love they once lacked.
A solution was found, a plan to overcome,
A veil of protection, where worms would be undone.
A simple towel, like a curtain at the stage,
Would shield his gaze, keep his heart uncaged.
With the mold now hidden, hidden from his view,
The guy rediscovered a love so true.
For underneath the surface, where pain used to reside,He found a newfound peace, a love he couldn't hide.
Lessons learned in acceptance, and the beauty it brings,
That even in darkness, love still spreads its wings.
In this peculiar tale, unconventional and bizarre,
A guy and his mold found love, despite the scars.
So, let it be known, sometimes love bends and sways,
It thrives in strange places, in peculiar, mysterious ways.
For love is a tapestry, woven with care,
And even with towels, it can still triumph and repair.
