If you click the sun/moon icon at the top right of your lair, you will be taken to your hibernation den
If the dragon is hibernating, they are in the hibernation den, they cannot breed unless they are taken out of the hibernation den
If a dragon is hibernating does that mean it can’t breed?

Welcome to FR! I'm not the best with helping people find their way around the site and stuff, but it seems like you've got quite a bit of help anyways. But as an offer, if you ever want to see certain stuff I do for others, feel free to look at my profile!
You may want to try "scrying" to find out what kind of genes you want for your dragons (it is to your left under library or go to your dragons profile and click the button that looks like a puff of smoke by the one you get the widget or URL from)
