You stumble through the forest, your tail snagging on brambles and your claws tripping over roots and branches. Your gaze flicks from side to side, scared of the shadowed forest and dark leaves blocking out the sun. Suddenly, you trip over something and tumble forwards, banging your head on a large rock. When you open your eyes there are dragons standing over you, and you flinch back, scrambling away from the curious green eyes. A female fae with ice-colored scales and feathers on her wings tilted her head slightly, a cold look on her face. For a moment, your blood seems to turn to ice in your veins. You are completely at the mercy of these strange dragons that resided in the deep, dark forest, and you have no idea what they might do to a stranger. But to your surprise, the fae bursts into a smile, leaning forwards towards you. In your surprise, you don’t move as she grins in your face, completely shocked by how obliviously happy this dragon seems. A purple imperial dragon yanks the fae away from you, and you blink.
