The Badland Hideout

These barren flatlands and massive red rock formations by the Fevered River serve as a campground and hideaway for lonely travelers, adventurers, mercenaries, and criminals alike. Any interactions between parties or individuals are tense and guarded but rarely yield actual fights, as there is an unspoken rule about The Badland Hideout that forbids violence. Here many stories come together and their subjects find shelter from the trouble and exhaustion they have come across or are headed towards. And, despite their differences, the inhabitants of this secluded, liminal landmark have one thing in common: they won't be here for long.
