Clan Info

This clan keeps a garden. It's quite lovely, but should be admired from afar. In between common plants like roses and lilies are more dangerous ones, like nightshade, oleander, aconite, and hemlock.

Why, you ask?

Many of the dragons of this clan were once lost, metaphorically or literally. They lost their homes, their clans, their direction while traveling. That's when they found the Witch.

The Wolf-eyed Witch lives deep in the woods, delicately dancing on the edge of both the Tangled Woods and the Viridian Labyrinth, acknowledging both gods but answering to neither. She found these lost dragons and gave them a home, a family, a purpose. She taught them which plants were edible, and which were toxic. These lost dragons were grateful to the Witch, and vowed to follow and protect her.

The clan has grown since those first lost dragons found their home with the Witch. Word has spread, and clan members will sometimes bring friends or other lost souls to join them. Sometimes a dragon will find a mate, or a god they wish to serve, or otherwise choose to leave. These dragons will be sent off with a promise they can always return, and a traveling pack filled with plants that can produce both delicious tea and deadly poison (and the knowledge to tell the difference).

Those who stay have created a cozy home for themselves, on the fringes of different elemental domains. Gone are the days of the Witch traveling alone, always on the move. Now, she and her dragons have a place they can stay, but they always keep a garden of plants both edible and toxic to remind themselves of their origin.
