IF I bought your dragon it's very very unlikely I bought them just to exalt. However sometimes ill buy a dragon and notice later that I regret buying them and resell them so if they did get exalted it most likely was whoever bought them after me.
If it was a freebie dragon I'd only give them to another for free when I dont want them anymore.. so they might exalt em.
