CLAN LORE:
In the lair of the golden trellis life is divided by day and night.
The leader of the day, W. Brew, is a strong willed visionary with a talent in potion making. She holds a strong belief that hatchlings should be raised communally. W. Brew doubles as a healer. The diurnal dragons of the Golden Trellis lair value order and community.
The leader of night, Enoki, is a relaxed and carefree dragon who utilizes a “talons off” approach to leading. Enoki almost never interferes in the affairs of the nocturnal dragons, but he is always watching. Gossip, to him, is tastier than any meal. He is an excellent mediator when he does choose to intervene. The clan’s nocturnal dragons value autonomy, but still hold love for community.
The entire clan shares a meal twice a day at dawn and dusk. Either group has their own meal in the middle of their day cycle, though dragons often take this individually to avoid disrupting their own tasks.

MORE
The Lair of the Golden Trellis is quite literally past a golden trellis. As a monument from ancient times, the clan found it a fitting spot for a home - as tribute to the Lightweaver's quest for knowledge and truth.
The physical location lies near the border of the water & shadow flight's territory, in a massive cave system that has been renovated into quite the cozy home. The cave's mouth opens towards the top of a mountain, and funnels downwards into unexplored labyrinths of stone.
In the main opening, a campfire is maintained by the rotating guard. They watch from the lair's high vantage point for oncoming threats, or even prospective prey. The guard mostly consist of the resident Gaolar dragons, and the occasional dragonet in time-out.
Lanterns of light magic float in the cave's ceilings, maintained by the clan's light elementals. Everyone assists in renovations, whether it be digging, crafting wares to be sold, or providing food for those laboring. Life is extremely communal, and those caught slacking off will be stuck with extra work. That being said, reasons behind apparent laziness are also investigated, to ensure there is no present personal danger in a dragon's work; be it fighting, crafting, researching, hunting, or whatever.
The nests are watched in rotating shifts as well. They reside in a comfortable area with explicit carvings, to ensure there are no sharp edges or tall heights for hatching to fall from. The nests themselves are in stone alcoves stuffed with feathers, scales, and grasses.
