A bustling marketplace to cover up ghastly experimentation done in the Quarantine Zone #128. A place only the emotionally hardened can stand to be, Disfigured and mutated dragons roam the streets, Fights are commonplace, and the smell of death unbearable.

A Star's Wish
A fallen star shoots across the sky as dragons from all different walks of life make a wish, knowingly or on accident. A young deity is born and sets out to make sure those wishes are granted, while still trying to figure out things for himself.
