Deep within a spiraling crag in the permafrost, and just above the frigid sea, a small clan means to make a living. They don't rightly seem to know which elemental flight they belong to, and upon being asked they seem equally as sure that they are of water and ice.
Genetics being what they are there are a high-number of goat eyed hatchlings within their number, and due to some mistake of nature many don't seem to grow physically beyond hatchling state.
