for many years, a prosperous and modern civilization lived in the heart of the arcane territory. many of their dragons were endowed with unique and strong abilities- the most remarkable, however, were the crystal-growing abilities of the royal family, dating back hundreds of years. they sold their crystals, grew more, and made their kingdom a flourishing utopia that was welcome to alliance. but the poorer kingdoms envied the geode kingdom for what they had, and one day a group of brutal, violent dragons attacked. in the midst of the takeover, a small group of dragons fled at the king's orders with the unhatched egg of the prince. this group was sent to rebuild the kingdom far away. the two advisors to the prince were hellbent and wrathful, a mated lord and lady who had acted as confidants to the king and queen for years. but instead of assisting the prince, with the royal family no longer watching them, they planned to use the prince to become king and queen themselves. the prince and his friend, however, soon found out of their plans,and soon fear that war may consume them from the inside.}
