Upon entering the clearing, the wildclaw who showed you the way points over to a board, which happens to have another wildclaw (Delicia, apparently was their name) standing next to it. On the board are notices and rules.

I doct him down in price because no one seemed to want him. I was desperate to give him a home. Not even on the free dragon forms- I just couldn’t get anyone to take him. I wasn’t intending fodder. So really thank you so much!
