This clan lives on a mountain where it is a tradition to watch lightning storms from the highest peak. Dragon dens are in small caves
-nursery
The hatchlings are taken care of by dragons who have no other occupation and some elders
The hatchling play and sleep in a circular clearing while the eggs are kept on a small ledge in the back of the cave

As mentioned before it is a tradition to watch lightning storms from the highest peak.
It is a rate of passage for hatchlings after a few years to light twigs on fire with breath of lightning
For older dragons it Is a rite of passage to fly through a lightning cloud
(Not very smart idea but anyone who can manage to not be struck by lightning is treated with great respect)
