A Fae community of tinkerers and gamemakers. They're taking pride in making toys and coming up with rules for games.
They'll happily share these games, provided, somebody actually notices non-talkative miniature dragons and bothers to ask.
Members of this clan are not without flaws: for example, they're Fae purists, and very reluctant to breed with other kinds of dragons, who are allowed to live in the lair only as the hired guards, with rare exceptions.
