GLOWINGWATER FELL HUNDREDS OF YEARS AGO. THE COUNCIL FOLLOWED IT SOON AFTER.

Of course, that was hundreds of years ago.
The council was a whole story of it's own - dictators of dragons, claiming to be gods because of the elemental energy that radiated from them. With the help of Kohva - who had been the messenger of the leader of the council - they were overthrown. The remaining dragons elected him leader, and slowly but surely the clan has been on it's way to thriving once again.
With a new system in place, everything has been moving much more smoothly. So many dragons had been lost - but so many more were coming along. With the council gone, anyone could join - the lost, the weak, the forgotten. Life was looking up and trade was blooming.
And then the stars began to fall.
