Generals and the Scribe are allowed one less Apperal as the leader.

Apprentices of the Generals and or Scribe are allowed one less apperal than their mentors, adding that one whenever they take their mentors place..

Soldiers are allowed one less apperal item than the apprentices with a minimum of one.

Hatchlings will find their Apperal item or items as they grow older..

Banished dragons are stripped of all apperal

Exaulted warriors will pass down their apperal to their apprentices before leaving to serve under wind singer..
