A rather thin ridgeback slithers along the corner of a lair, seemingly unaware of your presence. Was that the Plaguemother? It couldn't be. You stand for an instant, unsure what your next move should be.

"It treads on our land", a slow gurgling hiss behind you as a massive parasite-infested spiral emerges from an oozing pit. She approaches, your heart rate rises and your breath shortens. You can smell death.
