The Kingdom of the Brightstars
It had to be one of the rarest darkest nights in the Sunbeam Ruins. As you attempt to make your way through the suffocating darkness, you see light ahead. But this is not natural light-it comes apparent that it is coming from a lantern, or a torch. And it is moving towards you. You suddenly see a figure appearing, holding the lantern. Yes, it was definitely a lantern. It being held by an Imperial-a eye burning Imperial, actually, his colors almost making it difficult to look at him. Suddenly, he's in front of you, towering over. He speaks in an surprising peaceful voice.
"Hello. Are you, by any chance, lost?"
Well, you decide to quickly tell where you came from, a small description, but he seems to understand, as he nods. "Well, come with me. The
castle will probably be much better to wait till morning."
He turns away, moving the way he came from. Not wanting to lose the light, you quickly follow after him.

Located in what was once ruins, the Kingdom of the Brightstars is well-known among travelers for its hospitality. Priding itself as a place of residence for all types of dragons, it's only fair to assume that the queen and king would be courteous people.
With plenty of knowledge on trade, a whole department for it, and a steadily rising clan count... it's also quickly becoming quite powerful.
But the royal family are kind, hard-working folk. They keep everything fair, and punishments are dealt out sparingly. Yet still, the company they keep as citizens in this ever-growing castle can be... startingly. And, rude guests tend to disappear- not that anyone will miss them, of course.
