Born to ice, but cursed to gloom,
Nurix roamed this world alone.
Though with Courage in his visage,
Only trouble had he known
Till, for a time, he came to rest
Where he thought he might call home.

But, as fortune tends to be,
His was far too fleeting,
For soon his home was home no more;
His life there had no meaning.
So his Misfortune led him on
To Shadow's happy greeting.

And so it was that he found home
Far from his hatching place,
Where a curse became a blessing
And darkness an embrace.
