Aneybia is a democratic sovereign polity currently led by Golden (leader and co-founder) and Lavender (co-leader and founder).

Prior to the founding of Aneybia, the two current-day founders were not aligned with any clan and only held affiliation to each other. However, they were both interested in observing clans from afar. In these observations, they perceived many of these clans as flawed and they had their own ideas of what could be done to make them better.

Eventually, they sought to make their own attempt to found a clan. The leadership of this clan would work for the best interests of of those in their territory, and only utilize a position of power within the wants of their community. This would be ensured by a voting system for the citizenry to elect (or remove at any time) their own government officials as well as requested referendums for major issues, such as military and land distribution.

The actualization of these ideas became possible after locating a suitable unclaimed area of land within the Wind flight's territory that was both sizable and had some pre-existing unused buildings that could be a starting point for more. This began a period of careful planning about the specifics to the structure of the future government. In addition, the future founders made their evaluations about the potential resources available within the area and how they could be utilized by a populace.

After some time, all known details were accounted for in their plans and all potential issues were explored, and the founders had enough confidence to officially move into the territory and declare the area for their new clan (Lavender moved in slightly sooner and is thus the founder while Golden is the co-founder). They began their campaign to convince enough dragons to join their new clan until it became an actual society. The founders went on various explorations of other lands and rapidly brought back many dragons into the territory. Dragons either participated in the mutually negotiated distribution of ownership of the existing buildings or instead built their own buildings to use and live in. Many of these dragons helped bring more dragons into the clan, as well as had their own children. The clan eventually became self-sustaining.

SOCIETY

The Wind aligned community, with the help of its elected leaders, has developed and encouraged a strong place for economic activity and science. However, residents are not completely united in their ideas for the community. Besides the founders and their supporters, their are other factions within the government that hold different views. Members of government (non)align with these factions in various ways. These factions are partially influenced by differences among different family and friend cliques.
