Travel's Clan

Welcome to Clan Hyena (Hatchling letters accepted, as is any other (nice) message!)

The dragons live in a gorge; making week long patrols of five dragons in every direction. Thus, if there are nine or less dragons it takes them a few weeks to go all around the gorge and they have multiple, not as stable lairs. Once fifteen have joined the clan, each group patrols a section of the gorge. Each group has no less than five dragons, but nine is the largest number.

All groups meet once a month in the center of the gorge, where the True Matriarch and her group patrol.

Each group has their own false matriarch (other than the central one, with the True Matriarch) and subsequent ranks. Newer dragons and newer groups are lower and lower ranked.
