It is a place shrouded in legend and myth; most believe it is merely an old wyrm's tale, but in the thralls of hopelessness and despair, even the most cynical find comfort in the memory of the Waypoint. Simple, loving stories are told throughout Sornieth about such a place where there is no hunger or pain, and the strength of kindness and generosity can overcome any challenge.

And in the Sea of a Thousand Currents, hidden by mists and shimmering waves, the Waypoint lies submerged, very much real.

The Waypoint's mission is simple: to help those in need, to provide to those with nothing, and to shelter those with nowhere to go.

To this end, the resident dragons work diligently to create a paradise where anyone can feel safe, and some even venture from their underwater hideaway into the wider world so that they might guide the lost to the Waypoint. With the intense enchantments surrounding the cave system, bringing outsiders in is no small feat, and so their solutions are equally magical.

Despite the small staff, the Waypoint runs efficiently, though not without problems. Large influxes of guests can strain resources and dragon alike, and the depths of the sea are not without their hazards. But with Midnightsun and Ashsong at the helm, there is nothing the flock cannot endure.
