雷与风暴的小岛上，海燕鸣泣之声充斥耳膜。滔天巨浪不断摔碎在山崖峭壁，日日夜夜不知停歇。月圆之日，美貌的塞壬自海中万丈深渊浮起，吟唱禁忌的歌调。

来自冰原的弃子如此发誓。

那之后，龙们在峭壁上搭建机械的城堡，竖起高大的玻璃壁垒挡住满是盐腥味的飓风，青蓝色的穹顶令暴风骤雨无法入内。

很多年过去了。

幼龙睁开眼，看到的不再是绝望的景色，他们在温暖的室内被包围在精巧的机械中，安稳地渡过童年。
然后，在憧憬之中勇敢地飞入自幼注视的风暴里，张开双翼与雷电共舞。

即便身处绝境——

来自冰原的雷电之王也怀着他执拗憧憬。
