Wild SkinShop - 'Ice Shards' fest reject
Arcinox's Clan
Can I get some la-las up in here, please?
Clan Info
A recent addition to the Star Wood Strand stands nestled within the undergrowth; a cleverly hidden hollow concealed within the shades until night falls, when it becomes littered with the electric blue of Moonlit Blossoms.
Fear not, weary traveller - the structure is sound and its inhabitants hospitable.
The entrance consists of little more than a makeshift archway, the area within lit only by the symbol of the Arcanist projected on the floor by moonlight. The symbol itself is shaded pink, the colouration from translucent gemstones embedded into the ceiling of the structure. Knocking lightly on the starry bark will alert the dwellers to your presence, the hulking shadow of the clan leader stirring from the depths. The crimson-winged Imperial who guards this place will welcome those who are polite enough in their request. It is not uncommon for visitors to wonder exactly how such a large beast can remain in such a small space, not least considering the size of the clan that is supposed to call this structure its home.
The den is somewhat burrowed, you see, with the majority of its shape hidden beneath the earth. Many tunnels lead out from the main structure of woven branches. The youngest are found in the deepest hollows, placed there in the hopes that intruders will not locate them should the construct be breached. In shallower caverns lay secluded nests and bedding, allowing each clan member to have their own private space. Food stores and hoards of items are also separated, guarded by traps that only the residents themselves could traverse.
The clan leader directs outsiders downwards and East, through to a hollow lit by candlelight. Within, rows and rows of books sit neatly along the edges, aligned by topic and alphabet. At the back lies a desk of sorts littered with scrawled notes and runes.
A familiar, wooden podium sits in the centre of the room, its surrounding candles lit with a purple flame. Etched into its face is once again the symbol of the Arcanist, this time edged in scratches and scars. Atop the podium lies a letter, although this one is far neater than the last:

About Me
I'm a nerd who works in software engineering by day, and goes Pokémon hunting by night! I am mostly inactive but I do return to FR in bursts, so apologies if messages wait an awfully long time before they get a response.
Some of my dragons are based off of existing characters of mine, most of which are set in their own fantasy world that I share with Eris. However, I'm changing that around so I'm reorganising a lot of my dragons!
I tend to go by the same name everywhere, so please feel free to ask if you think you may know me.
Mails are always open!

'Welcome! I'm glad you could find our new home!
With the increasing size of the clan, I had to think a little outside of the conventional box, but the dragons seem happy with this. We can always dig out more room, after all! Many of us are still getting used to living in a forest instead of on the ocean's edge, Vitali in particular. He misses the sound of the waves lapping against the crystal. It can't be helped, though - the clan simply grew too large.
Please feel free to rest here before continuing on your way! As long as you are cooperative, my dragons won't see fit to remove you from the burrow. Friends of mine are, of course, welcome to stay as long as you wish. I will be present myself soon.
May the Arcanist forever guide you.

Hi! I did comment here about possibly purchasing a drain, but I found what I was looking for in the AH, thank you! C:
Allo there. Are you still wanting the rose, white, white boy I am saving for you? If you're not thats fine lol. I just need to know.
Is it sad that I'm thinking about doing a family tree to work out who can be bred with who and when and all that jazz? :3
yus! Hopefully I should start to build up soon, I'm getting all ready to go for the next possible breeding but I think I might have to sit down and work out who will be bred with who!
Oh I know they're popular! I just really wanted... a good range of colour really. That being said I just went and sorted myself with some relatively cheap hatchies from the auction house. Probably need to get myself a male red/brown dragon!
I was a little disappointed when the male churned up was pure black, and also a little disappointed that the colours on the chart ended up being so close together! Not all that much variation in colour >:
oh it definitely would! Think I might try and get the speckled gene on grey wings first and maybe slowly branch off into blues, though that's my preference. I like cool colours a lot!
Hello hello! I don't really have any goals that I can think of at the moment, though I am getting used to the site now which helps. Moar breeding first I think (and damn I want that speckled secondary trait, it would fit my name here haha)
I love your little intro. "you know, I might be here..." xD That was priceless. :3
Aha, yeah, really. I hate the waiting, but I REALLY don't want to use the instant hatch either. But I just know Poltergeist and Sin are going to make such cute babies. How many eggs do you have in your nest right now? c:
Aha, yeah. I have three days left on my three eggs. ;v;
Probably is, but I still want it. xD I need to learn my way around the different species of dragon before I make my choices. :9
