Located within a peaceful corner of the ruins, the Sunshine Citadel and its inhabitants mainly keep to themselves, but its borders are open to all who seek rest and comfort. Dragons who have either left or been removed from their previous clan come to the Citadel and call it their temporary (or permanent) home. Watched over by their châtelaine Basileia, the Citadel's population and guests maintain a peaceful and welcoming atmosphere with little cost: a passion for truth and a promise to forgive.
