Clan Lore

A den littered with feathers and bones.

Symbolism of the black rook chess piece and the Rook bird itself are a common sight in their territory and serve as both markers to clan members and warnings to outsiders.

The clan originated in the Wastelands of Plague, but after the original leader Acheri was overthrown by a rowdy traveler, with the help of Acheri’s own second in command, Solstice, the clan was migrated to the Wind lands, where it now resides, slowly growing, gaining strength and territory as it’s members climb their way to the highest territories and pillage all they can along the way.

It’s a rather young and disorganized clan in it’s recruitment stage at the present. Dragons are coming and going at all hours and are almost always busy with something.

At the head of it all now stands a rather grim looking Coatl named Coltar, the once rowdy traveler who outwitted and usurped the clan from under Acheri's small talons.

Though in the shadows, however, there appears to be someone else who is pulling the strings.

He has a sly, roguish look to him, but he carries the weight of the clan on his small shoulders and has been forced to take on a great deal more than he was mentally prepared for when he first took over the clan.

With many looking to challenge his position, or outright sabotage it for their own personal gain, some worry he may one day crack under the pressure...

- If you have a dragon of mine that is for some reason unnamed and wish to exalt it, please consider giving it a name before doing so, even if it’s a joke name, randomized name or even a letter jumble. Seeing ‘unnamed’ in my dragons offspring list is a bit of a pet peeve of mine.

- at least two separate people have wrote ‘it’s just a phase mom’ in the descriptions of dragons they bought from me... curious.
