You feed dragons by 1) going to your hoard, 2) converting any food you have in there, 3) then go to your dragon lair and 4) click feed. You can get food in the Coliseum (can drop if you win a moster battle) or through the first four Gathering types. ;)
You have to gather food with the "Gather Items" I think your dragons are meat eaters, after you've gathered, head to your "Hoard" and convert the food you gathered, then in your "Dragon Lair" click the feed button
