The stillness of the ruins is disturbed by the bustling of activity in a small, partially collapsed temple. As you approach, you notice the gentle purple pillars are faintly cracked, though upon closer observation it is clear they've been enchanted to keep the place standing. The interior is huge- and yet it's still filled with the movements of the clan's daily life. As you enter, you take note of each dragon. A red, gruesome bogsneak writhes in the corner, ghostly hands trying to grab at anything that comes near. A purple skydanc- nocturne? discusses flight matters with a blue-green imperial, though once you get closer you realize something about them is not right.
A dirt-colored gaoler is chatting with a dark imperial, while sorting a large collection of herbs and clearly forbidden scrolls.
A horde of dark-colored hatchlings are peeking out of a hidden room, while a silent, apathetic pearlcatcher tries- and fails- to herd them back in.
As you stand, watching them all do their jobs, you're tapped on the shoulder by a many-eyed, candlelit pearlcatcher with a solemn look on his face.
"What brings you here?" he says, bringing almost all eyes- too many eyes- on you.
You do not know, and you tell him so- the temple in which they all reside is masterfully hidden- even with the number of dragons and their familiars flitting in and out and the conversations around you, it is near silent.

"This is our beginning and your end." he replies. "Be careful."
