Xerxes' Clan

In the clan of the Celisis, the virtues of the Ice flight are juxtaposed into every orifice of a clan member's life. They work tirelessly in pursuit of befitting the flight as a whole, donating their strength and significant prowess towards regaining the dignity that the flight is now swiftly losing due to their homeland's central mass shrinking into nothingness. They are willing to pursue any means of benefiting such a cause, be it through technology or pure mysticism. While not the most dubious or frankly large of clans, the Celisis are one of the few that can proudly consider themselves 'pure' Ice dragons.
