The winter night is dark and drear,
No cheerful moon nor stars appear;
If one night you yearn for a little cheer
Merely follow the white deer.
You may find a Glade where
the lights dance every night,
No matter if the moon or stars are shining bright.
Whistling music are heard from
the blades of grass and leaf.
Crickets fiddling can be heard from misty edges of the night.
And music of all sorts of creatures of many forms.
They make music for the dancing lights.
