Lead by Hecate and Rheyannon, they practice and perfect their craft to move up higher in the ranks. Many aren’t as cold as they seem however, even for a group of black magic wielding dragons, they can be quite caring and kind. But of course there are some as evil as their craft and distance is recommended.
