From time immemorial, men studied the heavens with their unaided eyes. Finally, about three centuries ago, the telescope was invented. With the growth and development of these giant eyes, the exploration of space has swept outward in great waves. Today we explore with a telescope 100 inches. It has the light-gathering power of more than 200,000 human eyes. We observe a volume of space so vast that it may be a fair sample of the universe itself.
The explorations fall into three phases. The first phase led long ago to a picture of the solar system - the sun with its family of planets, including the earth, isolated and lonely in space.

Jolan'tru! Hello! I am known as Elmirex in some circles and Rabid in others. My persona is Seryn, a music-loving Vulcan from Star Trek. SURGE CITY: THE WORST PLACE TO LIVE IN THE STARFALL ISLES

Deep inside the dark recesses of Surge City gathers a small band of misfits, outcasts, loners, and exiles who are often sneered and mocked by the highest of noble entities to the lowest beggars. This clan is called The Brass Ram Clan or just "The Brass".

The dragons of this clan hail from many different flights and backgrounds, but all of them are committed to Fymjir's ideals of truth and justice. The clan works together on the streets doing what they can to bring fortune to the clan and its founders, Fymjir and Rerra. Often, this gets them labeled as street-crawlers and netrunners; but that kind of thing is expected when you join a clan like this one.
