Titles and roles
Master - First in command of a certain role
Secondary - In charge after the Master and allowed to lead/do e.g. expeditions or experiments
Disciplined - Carry out their own role
Aspiring - Almost graduated student who needs little guidance/help and is almost fully able to carry out their role on their own
Student - Still learning their trade/role and under full supervision
