The dense fog makes it hard to see. The musty, damp air fills your lungs. You stumble and sink into the drowning soil as roots and hidden logs catch your wandering feet. The beat of your heart pounds in your chest as you catch the sounds of multiple hums and chirps echo through the trees but find no creature to identify them to. However, through the mist and dim light, you make out a little structure to this swamp. Trees bow and stretch to connect with each other, vines weave in beautifully intricate tendrils across the canopies, and moss covered logs fall in just the right places to make bridges over trivial tributaries.

You have entered Driftwood Drag,
a lair of the Shadows and home of the Eunoia Clan.

The Eunoia Clan is one of the few that make their home in the fertile swamps of the Driftwood Drag. They live as a close-knit family, both by blood and adoption, abiding by morals and rules given to them by their founder, Aglaia.
Eunoria choose flight over fight, but will battle until the last dragon stands if one of their clan is threatened or victimized.
No social ranks nor monarchy have power in this clan; all choosing to share equal parts that they are responsible for. They seek philosophy and intelligence by learning from wrongs and innovating for a better future. Although they may seem like untrustworthy, deviant creatures (and some have every right to believe that), they are loving, indiscriminative and willing to take in any lost dragons or familiars that stumble into their lair without a place to go.

They immediately welcome you into their home with open wings. They call for a feast in the celebration of your arrival as they bombard you with greetings, although the sneaky spirals will make it their quest to lark with you before you leave. . .
