deep in the darkness of the leviathan trench, encompassed by enchantments, lies a reclusive clan... the order. little is known about the order, but they have a magical air about them, and rumour has it that they're looking for new recruits...

the order is a quiet group of motley dragons, as well as diviners and their students. they live on a huge ledge in the middle of the leviathan trench. though they have many members who are not of the water, all dragons are able to thrive under the water and the pressure thanks to an atmosphere created and upkept by a team of skilled mages. thanks to this, they appear as a civilisation within a bubble, all aglow in the dark of the trench. the dragons reside in a connected system of caves carved out from the sides of the trench, and within them, in structures and dens furnished and lit with creations from the order's talented inventors and tailors. the walls of the trenches may be traversed and higher cave openings reached thanks to an artfully carved set of staircases. the massive, circular ledge outside of the caves is dotted with lanterns and huts for the patrolling scouts, defensive guards, and atmosphere-encasing mages who often take shifts on the edge or outside of the order's atmosphere.

the order is correctly rumoured to be a sort of "school" for young, aspiring diviners. however, dragons without divination skill are welcome as well, as are dragons with strong or weak magical powers, and those with no powers at all. in fact, they are welcoming to any dragons, as long as they swear devotion to the tidelord and to the order; this is often done in what the order calls a "rebirth ritual."

the order trades with multiple clans, including the traveling matriarchy of the ice flight, and the serthis beastclan perched at the edge of the surface.
