The clan living near the edge of the Driftwood Drag is, foremost, a mercantile group. They make their living buying and selling goods from travelers, guiding explorers through the mists and host fishing expeditions in the estuary.

While most of the clan's stock is legitimate, they hardly work 'above the board'.
In an effort to remain competitive, some of their 'rare' wares are simply common items easily found in the bog or cheap knockoffs. Though, if one were to ask the right questions, these unscrupulous dragons might show you their 'top shelf' items, black market goods and fenced merchandise 'borrowed' from neighbouring clans.

The Black Bog clan also boasts a small way-station for travelers, traders and explorers. While not the most...luxurious little shack, it is a place for folk to rest and recoup from the harsh and often dangerous Wood. More importantly, it is a place for wry salesmen to ply their charms.

Tenebrae's Teas, Tisanes, Tonics & Tinctures, a small, rough-looking (but clean) tea house run by one the clan's females and her partner, Decimus, has everything a errant wanderer could ever need. The sometimes eccentric Imperial has, among a litany of other things, a bevy of teas, special curative herbs and fungi, as well as a number of virulent poisons.

Broodmother:A female who's sole duty to the clan is the birthing and rearing of young. Usually held in high regard for their beauty and genetic value, they hold a lofty position within the clan and are vehemently defended.

Dragonelle: A female dragon, typically adolescent or young adult

Drake: A male dragon

Drakka: A female dragon

Eel-Snapper: Derogatory, typically referring to a water dragon

Matriarch: Female leader of the clan

Mother of Shadows/Night Mother/Our Mistress/Our Lady: The Shadowbinder

Wyrm: An adult dragon

Wyrmling: An infant dragon, alt. Hatchling

Wyvern: An elder dragon

Hello, hello! You may call me Toyoll, it is a name I've chosen for myself here on the internet and it is a username I use often.

I am an animator for Jamfilled Studios in Halifax, NS, as well as a freelance artist, illustrator and designer. I have taught at local animation colleges and continue to tutor students of any age.(you can find some of my work HERE )

I have been very keen to join this community for ages, Neondragon has been an inspiration to me for many years, though I've always been unlucky enough to miss the registration windows. Thankfully, that has changed and here I am now!

I am an avid RPer and I hope to get a chance to meet all of your wonderful dragons, so don't hesitate to drop me a line!

That story ya wrote for Ondi is so perfect, you caught her personality and expanded it out so well before I even wrote any notes for her, just m a n that story with the heartwarming ending is so beautiful and amazin, thank you so much qqwq
