I'm also working on bios for all my dragons, so there'll always be something under construction.

If it's unnamed and not wearing apparel or with a familiar, it's probably for sale. Just ask.

Lore It's so far behind compared to what's in the bios

In the mountains at the edge of the Starwood Strand resides clan Tala, made of mostly peaceful dragons. Leading it together are Iolite and Talon, its founders. While most of the clan is satisfied with their system and rule, there are a few members who want it all for themselves. Creating distrust within and conflict without, the clan slowly divides, and the pieces fall into place.

The Celesian traitor rises.

After the Celesian's failed revolt, the clan was shaken. How could one they trusted so much be the cause of all this strife? And yet there was more hardship to come. One of the seeresses predicted an epidemic striking the Talan territory and surrounding clans. To prepare for it, Healer Eden set out to the Shadow lands to gather the plants used to treat the illness. She met a group of dragons which included a Celesian member. An ally.

Then dragons started dying. Dragon after dragon was accused, killed, then found innocent. The murders continued. By the time she realized who it was, it was too late. The murderer had chosen her.

The murderer was the Celesian, now dubbed the Red Traitor.

News of Eden's murder spread throughout the lair, and all clan members hailing from the Celesian lands were imprisoned. Not long after, one of Cor's sons was kidnapped by the Red Traitor.

War looms over the horizon.

With a full-blown war narrowly avoided, tensions between the Talans and Celesians still ran high. Distrust ran rampant between the two groups, and even the few who were willing to work together were hesitant to do so.

Then the Shade Plague struck Sornieth. It started in the Plague lands and worked its way out. Highly contagious, there were reports of entire clans being wiped out by it with no cure in sight. Talan healers, mages, scholars, and alchemists all worked to create one.

It saved many. But not enough.The key to its defeat laid with one Skydancer who escaped it in the very beginning.

The Arcane Firestorm was just as bad, if not worse than the Shade Plague. Damage was catastrophic. Hundreds of clans from surrounding territories displaced, if not lost entirely. Storms of raw magic energy were not uncommon, but one of this scale hadn't been seen since the dawn of the Third Age.

Not long after the festivities of the Greenskeepers Gathering ended, allies from Lightning started hailing Clan Tala, warning them of an Emperor heading towards the Arcane lands. Preparations for evacuation began immediately. The clan would not be able to stand against an Emperor alone. Food was gathered and crated, medicines prepared and stockpiled, messengers sent out, warriors trained.

In the end, it wasn't enough.

And Zimri, like Carolina and so many others, paid the price. When Hecate appeared to Althea and told her of the binding ritual, Althea accepted the cost without hesitation.


After much deliberation, it was decided that the clan would leave the Arcane lands after the Starfall Celebration. The Talans held the grandest festivities they could, a great farewell to their home.


Months after the Talans had moved to the Southern Icefields, everyone had settled in. They reconnected with the Celesians and gained new allies and trading partners. Everything was almost like it was before. Until one day, Kalira appeared with a crystalline Fae in tow who brought impossible news.

Carolina was alive.
