SolarGriffin's Clan
Clan Fairlight
Clan Info
The Shifting Expanse is well known for its volatile nature, and the dragons that live there for the ability to harness that power through the use of cold steel and copper wires. The spires and cables dominating the central landscape are what most dragons instantly associate with the Stormcatcher’s domain. However, this is not the only way of life for Lightning dragons. Away from the generators, lightning magic still hums through the very foundation of the land.
In the cliffs and canyons of the highlands, there are no steampunk comforts to keep the elements at bay. The pioneering dragons of these outlands must rely in equal parts on their knowledge of the land and their mastery of the fickle magic flowing through it. Wielding this raw elemental power is no simple task, especially along the Expanse’s boarders, where the magic’s capricious nature has absorbed properties from the neighboring territories.
It is one such middling ground—the northern most reaches of the Highland Scrub where the gentle influence of the Lightbringer lies just across the strait—that the dragons of clan Fairlight call home.
