For many generations a small family of Guardians has secretly passed an old story down from parent to hatchling. It was a tale of an ancient war in a distant realm. It was a war of monsters and magic beyond imagining, of heroes and daemons, undead armies and horrors without names, and above all their ancient ancestors. They were dragons not like any of Sornieth for they were created by Drakrasil, the three headed Dragon and God of the nation of Eri'onna. These Dragons lead mighty armies of brave and ruthless creatures called “Men”, wilding powerful magic and holy might to purge there world of the foul false pretender gods that challenged Drakrasil’s divine right.

It was a war they would ultimately lose.

But, before the final blow against Eri’onna fell, Drakrasil opened a portal to the void between so that his loyal dragons could escape annihilation. One of those dragons is said to have arrived on Sornieth in ancient times and taken a Guardian mate. Since then, the Guardians of his blood line have been cursed to never find there charge, filled with the feeling that it is beyond their reach. This is because Drakrasil was not destroyed but imprisoned, and he still calls out across the void to his dragons to free him and raise the mighty nation of Eri'onna from the ashes.

Most believe this is nothing more than an old fairy tale to explain away unfortunate Guardians who can never find there charges.

There are but a handful of the true believers, and they live in Clan Eri'onna dreaming of one day returning to the service of their true god. Until then, they shall play along and sing false praise to the false deities of Sornieth, and work tirelessly learning alien magic and forbidden arts to free Drakrasil and wipe away the pretender gods of this world.

Some Facts about Clan Eri'onna:

- Members associate themselves with none of the flights, worshiping Drakrasil instead

- There are an unusually large population of beast clan accepted into the clan, all of whom are devout members of the cult (Drakrasil accepts all into his glory)

- the clan has been known to trade stolen secrets and weapons to the United Beastclans

- What the cult lacks in power and numbers compared to the flights it makes up for in its highly trained and fanatical soldiers, only hitting targets they know they can overpower quickly and quietly

- Clan has some magical knowledge of the realm there god is from, including a handful of spells and weapon designs

- Internally they have there own secret language (the original language of the human nation of Eri'onnas)

- I will hopefully tie this clan in with a planed mod for the Game Dominions 4 (This is where a lot of there lore is coming from)
