The Pthet clan resides in the partly-rebuilt ruins of an ancient city, led by its founder, Leavr. However, King Leavr permits all his subordinates to have a say in where the clan should head.
What makes the clan different from others, however, is the adoption of lost or unlucky dragons, as well as the exaltation of hatchlings from a very young age.
It also boasts a moderately large library which is known to sometimes copy and distribute rare volumes among the light flight's general populace.
