Welcome to Les Anneaux
The inner circle hosts the likes of royalty; queens and barons alike share the grandiose inner space. They're often powerful magic users, capable of impressive spells unlike many of those found in ring one or otherwise.
Ring one is for those fortunate enough to have forged their way into a high position. Scholars and magic users alike can find their way here easily, trading knowledge with the royals and the dragons of the outer rings at will. Of course, if one knows magic, they're free to come in and out of ring one as they like.
The outer rings host the remainder of this clan's normal population. They're not poor by any means, but they simply take care of the physical aspects of the lair. The mechanics, aesthetics, and function of the clan depends on their presence.
Last, but certainly not least, the outer reaches house the remaining dragons in the lair. They're enigmas of the first order. Many predict their names come from the astrology of other planes. Regardless of their origin and enigmatic status, they're of some use to the clan: they are free to pass through all the rings at will, and when they do so it's often to the benefit of whichever ring they stay in for that day.

> I love breeding dragons, so if you see a pair that you'd like to see bred, just ask. Just so long as they're not one of my six digits!
