PlagueWind's Clan

The first four who came to the Windswept Plateau--Nina, Ziv, Davorin, and Switch-- have met many dragons on their travels and give a welcoming home to any in need. Their children sleep to the lullaby of the breezes, and once grown many train to serve the Windsinger.

Nina, Ziv, and Davorin are the only remaining scions of a much larger Plague clan. Upon returning from gathering one day, they found all of their lairmates gone-disappeared without warning, even the hatchlings. With sorrow and confusion in their hearts, the three young drakes gathered their clan's belongings and set off to find a new home and some explanation for the loss of their family. Along the way they found Switch, a Snapper whose clan in the Crystalspine Reach had disappeared in much the same way. Together, the four have come to Switch's childhood home, the Windswept Plateau, and have made a home for themselves there. They travel the lands, honing their combat skills and trying to find answers about their lost clans.

The original plan was to make a horrifying band of Plague-tainted dragons all in red and zombified grays. Now it's half Tanith's Terrifying Troupe and half SillyBilly's Home for Incurably Stupid-Looking Dragons.

Tanith is a Mirror dragon of all-consuming ambition, bent on raising a clan of immense power. Tanith was given a prophecy that a dragon of her clan, red-speckled and riddled green like the Wyrmwound, would rise to fame and honor in the name of the Plaguebringer. With her mate, SillyBilly (so named for his derpy looks) and their cohorts she intends to bring that dragon into being, through breeding or through diving into the Wyrmwound itself in hopes of becoming the prophesied drake.
