Sasokami's Clan

A welcoming clan that is always willing to take in orphaned hatchlings or injured dragons of any species. Some choose to stay within the clan while others hark to the call of their respective species if they're able to.

The clan's element is Water, yet is lead by a Lightning Imperial named Kiritsuke. The clan's original founders were exalted into the Tidelord's ranks alongside their kin and their loyalest of followers.

While the clan takes in abandoned hatchlings or injured/ill adults, if a member has unfavorable characteristics, they are exalted into the Tidelord's ranks instead of being abandoned.

The various dragons who call this clan their home use their different elemental magics for divergent purposes, be it getting back at rival and enemy clans, the Beast clans, or simply decorating the lair and making sure it's comfortable for everyone. Every little contribution counts, no matter how little it may seem.

There are some members of the clan who despise the element they were born into, namely because it dictates what magic they can use. Being of Lightning decent, Kiritsuke is fascinated by technology and isn't above getting his hands dirty. He and any other Lightning dragons inside the clan are currently developing technology that will serve to use accumulated breath to launch makeshift bolts and slashes of the dragon's preferred element.
