Kitemaker's Lair

Far beyond the Citadel, and yet similarly situated on a cliff overlooking the bay, lies a tiny town that once had a name. Now, however, it is only known as Kitemaker's Knoll after the reclusive inventor who lives at the head of the hill. This quiet little hamlet is home to simple people with, perhaps, not-so-simple pasts, but all are welcome - so long as the peace is kept.
