||Celic's water area, heading to the trading ship||

From the depths of the Antarctic ocean, a pair of soulless black eyes slowly emerge from the shadows. It was drawn to one of the human's vessel, the tingling aura of magic allured it like shark to blood. Whatever the commotion was, it has certainly disturbed the beast from its slumber, and now the beast decided that it was feeling hungry, with the annoying Guardian gone, now it's the perfect chance to grab a meal.

The beast knew it was taking a large risk, as the seal-like Guardian could arrive at anytime, and it has already been drawing attention to it by messing around with the ocean's creatures and hunting for entertainment, but none of that seems to matter anymore as the beast slowly approach the vessel from underneath, now closer to the preys than ever, all of its considerations were in vain, as the pure instinct of the hunt overwhelmed it.

The crew on board was much or less bothered by the princes' brawling each other, they were unsure whether if they should interrupt or let their level-headed prince deal with the Ameth brat. Things were getting pretty heated when they heard screams coming from Aidan's quarter. The ship swayed a bit when it was hit by the giant wave that Aelous summoned, making everyone stumbled on their feet for a bit, it was strange but they brushed it off as things that happen now and then.

"Steady there." The one in charge shouted to his crew, who immediate going back to their positions in order to control the vessel itself, and not listening in on the royal matters. They didn't have a moment to sigh in relief before the ship shook again with a great impact that made everyone on board tipped over on their back.

"Sea monster!"

"Grab your weapons!"

The cries of the sailors echoed throughout the ship, combining with chaotic noises of people running around on the main deck and yelling in panic, some went to grab the spears and swords to fend off the monster, now it has revealed itself as a gigantic shark, the only things made it different from a normal shark, beside the size of it, the beast has legs instead of fins, it was biting and tearing down the ship's side, claws dug into the woods and trying to grab at anyone standing too close to it. The master of the ship ran off to check on the royals. He frantically slamming his fist on the wooden door to the prince's quarter once he found out that it was locked

"Prince Aidan! Are you alright?!"

Wyvera || Atlantic Ocean Guardian || Antarctic underwater palace || With Hersha, Andrach, Calypso, Pistrix

"I'm doing... fine, supposedly." She answered his question genuinely, winced a bit at her monotone voice, she couldn't help it. Once they've seated in, Wyvera tried to ease up the cold, and Andrach chiming like usual, it somewhat made the atmosphere a bit easier, but nonetheless everyone knew that the youngest Guardian, before the rookie, was only faking it to not add more fuel into this mourning flame.

Wyvera sighed at the mentioning of their brother, the Guardian of the Arctic Ocean, Andrach didn't even try to hide her annoyance, these two had never change hadn't they? "Give him a moment, Andrach, we all know he's just pressing your buttons." Normally it would be Mathias and Hersha chastising them, but now with one gone and the other seemingly abandoning his old self, she was left to be forced to speak up. Pistrix has always been the laid back, lazy one, a bit too laid back that everyone questioned their Creator about even consider assigning their brother to protect one of the Earth's ocean. He has always been late to every meeting, does whatever he wants, slacking off, ever since the dawn of time, especially late when the meeting took place in Antarctic ocean. He had been better when Mathias was around to correct him, but now.

Wyvera found herself staring into the new Guardian's soul when she had the audacity to speak up about Pistrix's lateness. The Guardians barely met each other before Mathias' death, they'd occasionally travel to meet up, or just whenever there's a meeting going on, but it has always been brief and everyone enjoyed their time with each other nonetheless, or lack thereof in Andrach and Pistrix case. It has never been a problem.

But for the recent 4 years after Mathias' death, they were getting pretty sick of seeing each other's faces and having to abandon their own positions to deal with the Indian Ocean's sea monster problem getting out of hands and invading their own water, just because of someone who couldn't keep up with her job. The monsters had been restless ever since. Wyvera felt like she was being to hard on the now youngest Guardian, but she couldn't help it whenever she sees Calypso, she was reminded of all the troubles this giant squid has caused.

It was a very difficult thing to keep up with, filling in the spot of an eternally-old Guardian, Wyvera couldn't blame her logically, but she couldn't help herself. Her shoulders stilled, intense flaming eyes gazed at Calypso, but the tension in the air was quickly broken by the entrance of their last member. It made Wyvera realized she hadn't been breathing, when she sighed deeply at the thudding sounds made by leather boots stepping on the marble white floor.

"Pistrix." She turned her head to look at her brother "Please take a seat." Wyvera never thought she'd be thankful for him, his appearance made her snap back to reality before she lost control of herself. Now the meeting has finally, finally started, she sat back in her seat, waiting for Hersha to speak up as always, the oldest one goes first.

Xkanji || God of Equilibrium || Eon Port Town || With Mär

Xkanji let their eyebrows raise in amusement at first as Märs continued to talk. They knew that the god, however, was actually preforming a sweeter gesture by having said to keep their followers somewhat intact. “I see you have taken that toll, and I am grateful,” they said, bowing their head quickly and almost unnoticeably, the small dip a sign of respect they seemed to lack.

The god let Mär’s hand rest there, stroking their shoulder without complaint. “Ah, I see.” Whatever regard they had held for the Guardians had faded now, it seemed, with a neutral, unphased expression. Xkanji’s silver eyes shimmered on nonetheless. Mär’s next words are more startling to the god, who’s expression changes to something one could not place. “An... imbalance?” That would not but occur for long. The aura of the Storm God seemed to darken and flare, as if a seriousness to this was unable to hide itself in Xkanji’s vision. Drawing their eyes back, they survey his next actions, and then his next words.

“A ball, or an adventure?” Xkanji took little time in deciding, a small light glistening in their eyes with the added excitement. “I shall focus on the docks of Celic. The ball is well, but the courts of humans are stifling and pompous. I much like the raw core of them instead.” They changed their clothes in a flourish, from godly robes to much more simple, pirateer type clothing instead, with a open collared white shirt, a sash of black cinched around their waist, and the same leggings as before, a tan-beige that made the god more easy to bend in. Most of their strange, warping aura was gone, hidden to the likes of gods and men alike, although the guise was prone to be faulty, since they were no master of illusions. “Shall we?”

|Aidan | Prince of Celic | Location: Celic ship, headed to Ameth | Interacting with Prince Aelous, the ship's crew and the sea monster|

Aidan sighed. Clearly his lesson was not sinking in. If he wasn't so annoyed with the Raider brat, he'd be quite impressed with his tactic. Unfortunately, ferns were not known for their structural durability. The grip on his neck would be tighter if it were say, a willow vine, but the fern sat around his throat like a minor irritation at best.

Gently, he peeled the leaves away, and cooed at the plant as if it were a child.

"Now, Aelous, I'm taking you and your sister back to Ameth whether you like it or not, and I suggest you-"

The sudden swaying of the ship was enough to immediately shake Aidan from his calm repose. The commotion from above deck caught his attention before the guards reached his cabin. He had to think fast.

With a swift jab to Aelous's throat, he knocked the young prince out cold, in case he was the one stirring the waters. The ship didn't show any sign of stabilizing. Aidan cussed beneath his breath, and heaved the unconscious prince onto his bed. He rushed to unlock his door, and pushing past the guards to check on the crew.

"Sea monster? Are you sure?!" He panted through gritted teeth. They were still in Celic waters. It made no sense for something like this to slip past Andrach. Where was she?!

Aidan ran out to the bow of the ship to see his crew trying to scare away the creature. No sign of the Guardian. A pit grew in his stomach. What if whatever offed Mathias... no, that couldn't be. She'd show up soon...

"Everyone stand back, prepare to attack at my signal!"

Aidan took a running leap from the bow, and mounted the sea monster, holding on for dear life to a gill, which was just about as big as he was. He focused all of his energy to his hands. Smoke and flames shot from them, visibly charring the creature's skin. It let out a shriek in pain, heaving its head further above the water.

"STRIKE IT, NOW!"

At the prince's command, the crew's arrows and spears flew at the beast, only barely piercing its thick skin. Aidan, unable to move from his spot, only barely hanging on, spat a flurry of flames to where the weapons had pierced, heating up the metal beneath its skin. This was distracting the beast from the ship at the least, but Aidan didn't know for how long.

"ANDRACH! PLEASE HURRY!" A scream of desperation echoed across the vast empty ocean, before the monster sank beneath the surface again, pulling the Celic prince below along with it.

|Aelous| Prince of Ameth | Location: Celic ship, headed to Ameth | Interacting with Prince Aidan, and the sea monster|
@CirqueDuBestial

Aelous woke up the last he remembered was the waters were stirring and _____
That man jabbed him the throat! He remembered jumping up from the bed.
His throat hurt but he ignored it also with his instincts to get off that ship.
Quickly he looked out the window and saw a giant sea monster going under pulling Aidan along with it.
Aelous panicked he did not know why he wanted to help Aidan, he angered him and he knew his secret and if he died no one would have to know..
Also, he could let anyone die at the jaws of a monster no matter how much Aidan annoyed him.
He remembered the frightened look on Aynith's face when she was six and they encountered a sea monster, he did not want to anyone to be lost to such an awful creature. Knowing he could have done something.
That's one of the reasons he became a raider because of his love of the sea and to fight sea monsters.
Besides Aidan could teach him how to control his powers a chance he had been hoping for many years even though the Celic prince was cruel and unpolite it was the best choice he had so far
Aelous picked up his a sword in the prince's room it was warm but bearable and he jumped out the window to face the sea monster.
"Looks like I am not going to the ball," he said as he jumped into the sea,
__________________________________________________

Aelous opened his eyes to find himself surrounded by the blue water he searched it to find the monster along with the Celic prince.
He drew the sword and swan towards the sea monster stabbing it hard the creature roared in pain his anger now fixed on Aelous.
The Celic prince was free from its jaws Aelous knew he could escape now and get his crew out of her or he could return the favor and help Aelous.
Aelous looked over at Aelous a tear went down his "I' sorry I never meant anyone any harm." he said as stabbed it again and the monster cried out again then bit Aelous' arm and the sword flew out of his hand.
Aelous now realized how stupid it was for him to play hero and knew he might pay with his life, he was relieved however to find that the Celic ship and along with its prince was now out of harm's way.
Aelous knew the monster had some kind of poison in its bite and the world went black to him.
The young prince's fate was now in Aidan's hands.

Hersha leaned forwards on the table, hands clasped together with a brooding look upon his face. Most if not all of his siblings had gathered together in the great frozen halls of the Antarctic castle. It was just one they were waiting on, one who often was late, yet to be fair, he didn't really get along with his white haired sister.

Hersha opened his mouth to say, perhaps we should go ahead and get started. Time is of the essence here and we do not have time to waste. Normally Hersha would speak in favor of waiting, yet even he could not find the care to speak in favor of his brother. It wasnt as if Hersha did not care for his brother, for it was quite the opposite and he did in fact care for him, he was antsy about leaving his ocean unguarded for so long. Large waters unguarded meant mutliple opportunities for the sea raiders and sea monster's alike to cause terror and havoc.

Hersha almost spoke when Pistrix walked in, the dislike unhidden against his face. "How pleasant it is to see you alive and unharmed." Hersha's brooding look faded away and a slight smile tugged at his lips. "Well since we are all here now, let's finally get this meeting started, hopefully it does not last long as I'm sure we are all antsy about leaving our charges unguarded in these dark times." Hersha cleared his throat and spoke.

"Ever since the death of our dear brother," his voice slightly broke and he furiously blinked away any tears, " there has been a rising darkness, a presence making itself known." Hersha fell silent, giving himself a chance to catch his breath. Even talking about Mathias hurt him. When his breathing evened out, Hersha leaned over the table. "Sea monster attacks have become more frequent and there are more raiders on the sea than ever. However we are mainly here to discuss something else." The brown haired man gestured towards the newest guardian. "As much as it pains me to know that Mathias is gone, he put his trust in her. Yes she has made mistakes, but I also seem to remember when you all made just as many mistakes." A sense of his old self shone through.

|Mare | Dragon | Antarctic Ocean | Swimming towards the sea monster attacking the ship|

The dragon had felt the ship moving past him but didn't think much of it, thinking it as a floating iceberg, but when the waters had started to thrash and wave, the being felt like something was wrong.

If it was a ship, shouldn't the guardian Andrach be taking care of it by now? If they weren't there, then who was going to stop the beast before it brought the whole ship down?

The dragon slunk through the water swiftly, body moving somewhat like a snake. His mind was practically yelling at him to stop, You'll be seen! They'll kill you! Don't be a fool! The dragon didn't pay attention to it. His emotions may not be the most intact, but he knew when he should at least help or not.

As he neared the ship, he saw the prince and his crew on the ship, also the boy that now float right in front of the sea monster's jaws. That was all he needed, somebody's life in danger so that he could at least help.

He slowly lifted his head up and out of the water, the liquid dripping down his giant form. He narrowed his eyes and opened his mouth to let out a puff of breath as he stared at the opposing beast. He didn't intend to kill the sea monster, at least scare it off and let the guardian do what they pleased with it later. He didn't think about how the humans may or may not attack him next, but as his pitch black eyes stared down furiously at the beast, he believed that he was doing the right thing. If he were to be scared away as well, then so be it. As long as he got to save a few lives at least.

A growl rumbled deeply from his throat, making the water around his neck vibrate. His mind was against this whole not-so-thought-out plan, but his body disobeyed as he glared, eyes reflecting the monster's face back like twin black mirrors. His mind also didn't register just how terrifying he may or may not look to the humans, seeming like a giant sea monster instead of the rare dragon he was. But all the same, his intentions were clear.

|Aidan | Prince of Celic | Location: Antarctic Ocean | Interacting with Prince Aeolus and Mare the Dragon|

Aidan swam over to Aeolus, carefully holding his head above the water, and heating the area around them as much as he coulld so that Aeolus wouldn't succumb to hypothermia before they could be brought to safety.

He drifted in place for a while, eyes wide at the dragon confronting the beast. The sight filled him with complicated emotions. He recalled the books he read with Mathias, about the dragons of ancient lore. Then, his thoughts went to Andrach. She was supposed to be here, instead. Should he feel angry? Scared?

His mind was fading away. He was tired and sore, mostly due to the overexertion of his power. He had to get back to the ship with Aeolus, and fast. The beast had returned to the depths, and he wanted to get a move on in case it returned. A thought came to him, perhaps it was silly, but worth a try.

"Wait, dragon!" He called out to it, his voice cracking from exhaustion. "Please, help us."

He eyed his crew, who reluctantly stood down from the fray as Aidan called for the dragon.

|Mare | Dragon | Antarctic Ocean | Interacting with Prince Aidan and Prince Aeolus|

Mare looked down at the human as he pleaded, his eyes searching and staring up into his eyes. He paddled slowly over towards the other prince, his clothes soaked and probably exhausted.

The dragon blinked, flared his nostrils, and bent his head under the water. He looked around below to make sure the monster was truly gone before surfacing again. He bent down towards the two, opened his mouth, and closed his maw when he felt both on his tongue. He heard the crew start to panic as they watched him do so, but as he neared the ship, he gently laid the two onto the wooden planks and looked down at the humans.

The Celic prince seemed startled but not scared. He looked curious and a little uncertain, but not terrified. He bent his head down towards the raider, his nostrils flaring again, making the air around his snout slightly warmer. The crews eyes went wide, but Mare didn't give it any mind.

With a deep breathe, the dragon slowly breathed warm air onto the human, ruffling his hair and clothing. He did that once more before he knew the raider prince's skin had warmed enough for him not to get sick before backing off, eyes glinting, as he looked back to the other. He let out a soft rumble, not intimidating, but somewhat gentle.

He felt his magic stir within his bones. He knew that magic practically had a mind of its own, but right now was the not time for its whispers, telling him that he should finally use it after all these years. Maybe the thoughts he had early could be made reality, to transform into a human and see if the two princes were okay, but that seemed a tad bit straight forward. Or, un-dragon like, in Mare's mind (Which was a silly thought, seeing as how he had disobeyed dragon law and let himself be seen). He'd only turn into a human if he had too, and right know, he was unsure if that time was right now or not.

|Aynith | Princess of Ameth | Celic Ship heading to Ameth| Interacting Aidan |

Aynith was told to stay in her guest cabin because of the sea monster attack.
After a while of being a sweet little princess and did what she was told for 15 minutes her new record, she grabbed her quiver that was hidden under her cloak and hit it over the guards head and he passed out.
She ran to the deck to see what was going on.
When she arrived at the deck everyone was looking at the ocean and she made her way past the crowd and looked overboard.
She gasped and tears ran down her cheek at the horrible sight of Aidan cradling a dying Aelous.
Aidan's eyes met hers and his eyes seemed to say I'm sorry.
Aynith ran down below deck tears flying down her face praying to Hersha Aelous was not going to die.

|Aidan | Prince of Celic | Location: Celic ship | Interacting with Mare the Dragon|

Aidan held his hands out to the dragon, bearing a tired smile. He walked closer cautiously, taking the dragon's head in his hands, and pressing his forehead to it. Aidan had always felt a sort of kinship to dragons, although he'd never met one before. It was a dream of his, being realized before his eyes.

"Thank you." He said to it softly, unsure if the dragon could even understand him. He was at least willing to try communicating with it. The scales beneath his fingers made his hands tingle, almost as if it were restoring his energy. Maybe it was the shock. Nevertheless, he felt wide awake. His body and clothing was nearly completely dry.

The crew stood and watched. The king held the queen tightly, her hands over her mouth in shock.

"We need to take the prince and princess back to Ameth. It's a long ways to go. Can you help is get there safely?" Aidan continued, looking up at the dragon now fearlessly. "Please? The prince is hurt. I need to treat his wounds. I won't be able to handle another sea monster. I don't know where our guardian is. We could really use your help."

Aidan backed away and kneeled down beside Aeolus, watching the enormous creature closely. It could either respond, or fly away. Either way, this dragon saved them, and he had no idea how to repay a dragon for its kindness. He could only hope the dragon would stay with them, and he could keep it fed on the way to Ameth at the very least.
